I literally had the best experience I’ve ever had when buying a car. I had top notch service throughout the whole process. I did my research ahead of time and was pleasantly surprised at the price I was offered on the new car as well as my trade in. I knew I was getting a good deal on every aspect of the deal and had no need to haggle. Big thanks to Jacob for taking such good care of me during my vehicle selection, Ray for making the finance quick and painless, and Mike Weibel, for taking the time to say hello and make sure I had the best experience possible. I absolutely love my new 2019 Range Rover Spot HST - sick!

Range Rover in Rancho Mirage has the best service department. They were quick and I had one of the nicest service guys, Chad. He takes care of all your needs. Always trying to be your time short and keep your cost down.

My girlfriend and I were camping outside of Palm Springs with our 2006 Range Rover. We woke up in the morning to find the Rover sitting lower than it should be, started the car and found suspension fault on the display. After some obligatory cursing I called Rancho Mirage and they luckily were able to get us in. When we arrived Chad Ingram checked us in, he was awesome, very personable, and professional. Chad was able to find us a loaner car so we didn't have to interrupt our plans for the day. A few hours later we recieved a text from Chad with a diagnosis and estimate of the repair cost. They had the part in stock and could have it done that same day and at a very fair price. I ok'd the repair and we picked it up later that day. For a nerve racking situation, Chad, Service Manager Michael Labrecque, and the skilled Technician made the whole experience very pleasant. I would definitely recommend the Service Department and would like to thank them again for such an outstanding experience.
