We were in the middle of a road trip pulling our travel trailer and only 20 minutes out from our next location in the Mojave desert when we experienced some issues. We had to turn around and find the closest dealer which was Rancho Mirage. It was 4:00pm on a Friday when we arrived and I can't express how grateful we were for Casey Diggins the Lead Technician who took the time to diagnose the issue. Thank you Casey and thank you Chad Ingram for making him available and getting us back on the road to continue our trip. What a great team!!!! To experience such outstanding customer service makes us thankful to be Land Rover owners!!!!

Professional, courteous staff. I brought my Discovery in for its first service. The service associate was able to schedule my service that day, if I didn't need a loaner car. Received the car the next day as promised. My one issue is, the car was not washed. Was this because it was not a scheduled appointment? I believe for an $800.00 service the car should be cleaned.
