Joshua Bott embarked on his automotive career in 2004/2005, initially with Saturn until the brand’s unfortunate dissolution in 2010. His passion for the automotive world led him to Desert European Motorcars in 2010, where he quickly established himself as a Maserati Specialist.

Fortunately, he had the opportunity to relocate to San Diego European Motorcars, which boasted prestigious brands such as Jaguar, Aston Martin, and Lotus.
In 2016, Joshua and his wife returned to the Desert together when he accepted a management position at a Chevrolet and Cadillac dealership. It wasn’t long before he found his way back to indiGO Auto Group in November 2020.

Throughout his life, Joshua lives by a couple of profound sayings that have shaped his approach to both work and personal interactions:
1. “You can get anything you want in life if you help others get what they want first.” – Zig Ziglar
2. “Earn your success based on the service to others, not the expense of others.” – H. Jackson Brown Jr.

For Kelly Wolf, appreciation is a relative term. A self-professed auto devotee, Wolf was perhaps destined for the car industry. In fact, it was a SL500 that set his career in motion, but that’s a story for a different day.
Hired as a salesman by Mercedes-Benz of Houston soon after graduating from the University of Texas, Austin in 2000, he accelerated through various dealership ranks from Pre-Owned Sales Director (Momentum Jaguar, Volvo, Porsche Houston; Momentum BMW Houston) to General Sales Manager (Fremont Motorcars, CA; Momentum Jaguar, Volvo, Land Rover, and Porsche Houston).

Aside from running the day-to-day operations of indiGO Auto Group’s individual dealerships, spearheading business development, and nurturing manufacturer relationships, Wolf also leads automotive group sales and the fixed operations teams, all while delivering the highest level of customer service.
In 2023, he was appointed SVP of Pon & CEO of Pon Luxury & Performance Cars NA/NL/VN, making him responsible for all of indiGO Auto Group (NA) as well as Pon Holdings’ wholesale and retail activities in The Netherlands (NL) and Vietnam (VN). Wolf also sits on the Pon Holdings’ management board.
